Amy K - 2015

Amy K is a nostalgic tribute to Australian, suburban 90s childhood. The garments are generally oversized for ease of wear and comfort and to represent hand-me-downs that mum would buy five sizes too big to allow for growing room. It also represents the act of being a kid dressing up in mum’s or dad’s clothes.

Garments can be layered and collaged, worn back to front and require minimal styling effort to recreate a sense of childhood ease and playfulness.
